2nd Line Desktop Engineer

Overview

Monday to Friday working with the existing onsite team supporting Fremantle media and their external events on an ad hoc basis.

Resolve incidents assigned to the onsite team via the Service Desk Tool - ServiceNow

Liaise with Ultima 1st line and 3rd line teams to improve documentation, and overall end user experience and escalations.

Able to work with Apple MAC devices and various PC configurations

  • Proficient in MS Office Suite, 2013, 2016, 0365

  • Ability to audit machines from a customer perspective and if needed explain how new machines differ or function compared with old system Process-focused
